Just in and read about the tragic loss of Dr John Hinds at the Skerries during practice. I had the pleasure of meeting John a couple of times at various events and he was always keen to talk bikes. I used to watch him following the boys on their first lap and thinking he'd be in the front pack if he gave racing a go - quick rider who saved many a life.
He'll be badly missed. RiP
