Lads, Glad you had a good time. The ones who slummed it also enjoyed themselves as follows: Thanks to all who helped put my mate Phil back on his Faser. We anaesthetised him all night in Ballycastle (Paul Stevie-bum and me) with Genius and Jamesons and he managed to walk there and back to th cottage. On Saturdy morning he was in bits and reckoned he had cracked ribs so we put him on his scoot and sent him home. Meanwhile Paul and I went up the coast to Portrush and parked up in the carpark of the flats near Metropole. Thanks to Paul bein a fitness nut, we then proceeded to WALK from Portrush to Portstewart and BACK, stopping frequently to watch the racing, look at stalls and drunks and scantily clad nubes, chat to friends and generally take it all in. We couldn't get near the grandstand, but that was OK. On Sat night we split up, Paul I think went home and I had three options; stay in Portrush with Gary Cassells, return to Ballycastle or go to the barn. Knowing that the cottage needed a bit o a clean I went back, via the chinese emporium ;D and wineshop, and woke up on the settee at about 0100 hrs. Bummer! However, the trip back down the coast on Sunday morning was excellent My next trip is in to weeks time from Kirkcudbright to the Isle of Skye. Anyone wnt to join in? We have an RV arranged with Stewarty Douglas at his home near Loch Lomond for a cuppa. he's now a civvie! Nuff said. Keep her lit. PB

Men, I was so exhausted on the Saturday, what with all the drinking and walking about and suchlike, that I only managed to take one photograph. If you look closely you can glimpse part of Pedro McB in the background. So what is it? It sounded pretty good too.
